Learn meditation

Learn from the teacher

The teacher gives direct instruction at each weekend session: how to sit, how to follow the breath, and how to extend loving-kindness. After the sitting you may ask about your own practice.

Mettā

Meeting life with kindness.

The cultivation of loving-kindness, goodwill, compassion and a heart that does not turn away.

Mindfulness

Returning to this moment.

Learning to meet ordinary experience with presence, stability and awareness.

Vipassana

Seeing clearly.

Insight meditation that develops awareness of body, mind, sensations and the changing nature of experience.
